Since RV's range in cost from very affordable to very expensive and come in all shapes and sizes, we felt strongly that we didn't want to offer a single type of storage and then force customers into it. Rather, we knew that offering a CHOICE in storage would satisfy more customers' needs.

So we planned our facility to accommodate the following three types of storage:

All storage choices offer 24-hour access to our fenced and gated 11-acre facility convenient to Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen & Denton.

Our facility was designed by an RV'er... for RV'ers. It offers extra-wide driveways for easy maneuverability and generous spaces to give you plenty of elbow room. It has an 8' heavy-gauge chain-link perimeter fence with an additional 1' of razor-wire or barbed-wire. The single entry gate to the property is 8' wrought-iron and requires both a space number and pass-code to gain access to and from the property. Security cameras and lighting are provided over the property for an added measure of security. All storage spaces are numbered and individually assigned.

There are no long-term contracts to sign or commitments to make. We have a one-page Space Rental Agreement. To terminate the agreement, all you need is a 15-day written notice before the end of a month and no further expenses or charges will be incurred.*

We offer the convenience of paying your monthly rent by the following credit cards: AMEX, VISA, MasterCard and Discover, and no security deposit is required.

*A one-time, non-refundable new account Administrative Fee of $15 is required for all storage options and is due at time of signing.
